Training is another method to ‘optimize people’. We follow the individuality of the trainees. This means that training is often most effective in small groups.

Training Modules
We train in a personal and intense style. For each specific need or request the topic can be aligned to get the perfect personal composition. We combine the most effective concepts from different theories and evidence based practices with each other. This is done in five domains:

Tailor made
The topics can be transferred through a train-the-trainer program. This may be applicable in large change processes. On request, we provide a package of Transfer tools. This ensures the intended effect of the training. A commonly used method is Intervision, whereby the communal learning process is stimulated both during and after the training.

Information sources
  • The competency profile of the trainee.
    This may be aquired by using an assessment methodology, a form of self-assessment or a specific questionnaire.
  • The personality profile of the trainee.
    We use the Big Five Profile for this. Using the NEO-test, we gain insight into five dimensions of personality.
  • The motivation profile of the trainee.
    We use different concepts such as the Holland Code, Schein's career anchors, Butler & Waldroop Big 8, McClelland.
  • The learning style profile of the trainee.
    We use amongst others the learning styles of Kolb and Ruijters.
  • Handouts
    The material is based on a series of handouts, summarizing the concepts and techniques. If necessary, we use short readers or books. We also make use of job aids: tools to stimulate application in the workplace.
  • Actors
    Depending on the theme and purpose, we work with actors to simulate real life situations even stronger.
